You are cordially invited to submit abstracts (not more than 250 words), written in English using the Conference online submission (PLEASE CLICK)) system available on http://www.icvl.eu/ [21] or e-mail your abstract (and/or your paper), along with a title page, to vlada[at]fmi.unibuc.ro.
Receipt of submissions will be acknowledged via email within 48 hours. Submissions will be refereed through a double-blind review process.
Papers accepted for presentation will be published in the Conference Proceedings and in CD-Rom format. Papers are invited for presentation in any of the topic areas listed above (Accepted Abstract/Full List).
Review
Manuscripts will be reviewed in accordance with the standard practice and criteria by Technical Programmed Committee. All submissions will be reviewed on the basis of relevance, originality, significance, soundness and clarity. At least two referees will review each paper proposal submission under a double-blind peer-review process [20].
Language
The official language of the Conference will be English. All abstracts and full-length papers must be submitted in English.
The Organisation Committee will elaborate until the ICVL opening, the volume with the conference's papers (Proceedings of the International Conference on Virtual Learning with ISSN, Bucharest University Press) and the CD (ISSN 1844 - 8933).

Full Paper (Guidelines [19] for formatting your paper)
The papers will be published in Conference Proceedings as well as on a CD. Your paper should have a maximum length of 8 pages and be prepared according to the instructions provided. Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word or RTF file formats. All papers must be typed in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman and a 11-point font.
Papers authors are asked to prepare the work presentation in PowerPoint/WEB, or Word/PDF. For each work they'll have 15-20 minutes.
In the Conference room the authors will have a computer connected to Internet and a video projector.
You will need to prepare some PowerPoint slides to support your presentation.
The presentation will be around 20 minutes, with 5 minutes allowed for discussion. Think in terms of the following slides:
We recommend that you also bring with you a copy of the presentation on a data stick or other portable memory device.
CNIV and ICVL are scientific events promoting innovative technologies and methodologies in education, research and lifelong improvement, both in the pre-university and university milieu, and in the economic sector, too. Structured and organized by European principles and International standards, the two projects promote implementation of modern ideas in the initial education and continuous training, encourage and promote teamwork and collaborative activities, scientific methods and experiments, creative thinking and intuition, arguing, and proving.
