- Cite papers from and search for "The International Conference on Virtual Learning" in Conference Proceedings Citation Index (known as ISI Proceedings)

The Organisation Committee will elaborate until the ICVL opening, the volume with the conference's papers (Proceedings of the International Conference on Virtual Learning with ISSN, Bucharest University Press) and the CD (ISSN 1844 - 8933)

POST-CONFERENCE: Extended versions of selected papers presented at ICVL will be offered for publishing in the International Journal of Computers, Communications & Control (IJCCC - ISI journal)- http://www.journal.univagora.ro/,
and the International Journal of Computer Science Research and Application (IJCSRA) - http://www.ijcsra.org/

- Every issue of IJCCC is published in online format (ISSN 1841-9844) and print format (ISSN 1841-9836). The publisher offers free online access to the full content of the journal. However, the printed version of the journal should be ordered, by subscription, and will be delivered by regular mail. At this moment, IJCCC is listed in ISI Thomson Scientific, the Directory of Open Access Journals and is indexed in The Collection of Computer Science Bibliographies, Open J-Gate and in Das Informationsportal für die Informatik. The IJCCC is an ISI journal.

- International Journal of Computer Science Research and Application (IJCSRA) (ISSN 2012-9564, and ISSN 2012-9572 online) is a peer-reviewed, academic and research publishing journal focused to publish high quality, original research articles in Computer Science and related aspects. IJCSRA promotes and publish research articles that facilitate knowledge sharing among fellow researchers, academics and industry.

Full Paper (Guidelines for formatting your paper)

The papers will be published in Conference Proceedings as well as on a CD. Your paper should have a maximum length of 8 pages and be prepared according to the instructions provided. Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word or RTF file formats. All papers must be typed in Microsoft Word using Times New Roman and a 11-point font.

Paper writing must be done and sent until august 30; The .doc format will be recieved at the e-mail address: vlada[at]fmi.unibuc.ro.

Paper writing will be done only in .DOC format and must have exactly 2, 4, 6 or max. 8 pages (Guidelines for formatting your paper).

The papers coceived and written after the ICVL standards will be accepted and published in ICVL's Volume and on the CD only if they obey the criteria of an academic paper: research / study / analysis / software product witch will treat a subject that represents an original / comparative investigation or an implemetation of a technique / method to obtain results or conclusions.
