All papers for the Proceedings should not exceed 8 pages in length, single-spaced.
Submit your FULL PAPER to vlada[at]fmi.unibuc.ro.
The Organisation Committee will elaborate until the ICVL opening, the volume with the conference's papers (Proceedings of the International Conference on Virtual Learning with ISBN, Bucharest University Press) and the CD (ISSN 1844 - 8933)
POST-CONFERENCE: Extended versions of selected papers presented at ICVL will be offered for publishing in the International Journal of Computers, Communications & Control (IJCCC - ISI journal)- http://www.journal.univagora.ro/
